Eating: My own heart, hahah I don't need it.
Today, that album seems to make me feel so damn good. All morning I've been surrounded by sappy love songs attacking me with guerrilla warfare precision. However, I have now retreated to the safety of my computer and it's small haven of music that doesn't make me feel like stabbing out my heart and throwing it outside for birds and animals to pick on, only to have my puppy run out, get it and either bury it in the yard somewhere, or bring it over to me to throw again.
I have been very busy over the last few months, and have just realised that it's almost the first anniversary of my grandpa's death, and then I remember what I was doing this time last year... yep, that is really making me feel fantastic.
Anyway, I'd rather not come back to da and start whining about my life, so I shall end with the song, "Right Through You" as that seems to sum up how I feel.
Wait a minute man
You mispronounced my name
You didn't wait for all the information
Before you turned me away
Wait a minute sir
You kind of hurt my feelings
You see me as a sweet back-loaded puppet
And you've got meal ticket taste
I see right through you
I know right through you
I feel right through you
I walk right through you
You took me for a joke
You took me for a child
You took a long hard look at my ass
And then played golf for a while
Your shake is like a fish
You pat me on the head
You took me out to wine dine 69 me
But didn't hear a damn word I said
I see right through you
I know right through you
I feel right through you
I walk right through you
Hello Mr. Man
You didn't think I'd come back
You didn't think I'd show up with my army
And this ammunition on my back
Now that I'm Miss Thing
Now that I'm a zillionaire
You scan the credits for your name
And wonder why it's not there
I see right through you
I know right through you
I feel right through you
I walk right through you
Clubs etc etc will be put back up later, when I feel better. damn i feel like an ass hahaha
she is canadian, but you can have her if you want!
why is it that the biggest international canadian pop icons are universally hated by canadians? lol
alanis morsette, cilene dion...
anyways, hope you feel good!
listen to Tus Ojos by Belanova. make sure you have a subwoofer. the bass guitar line is absoutly fantastic. im pretty sure its physically impossable to feel sad when you listen to that song. it is pure upbeat spanish pop. kyte-ride used it in his flash animation "hoy te amos" if you cant find the song on the net. should be on newgrounds and here without sound (which is the good part)
ciao! feel good! listen to better canadian music! happy canadian pop-rock = BNL (Bare Naked Ladies). try them out
well, i only really like her first album....so that's ok?? *shifty eyes* lol and i used to be a fan of c.dion...it was my mum's fault, i swear!!
I'll have to try and find the 'Tus Ojos' song, i'm sure i'll love it
thankyou!
But the year is almost over, have to attempt to hope that things will get better. ^_^
