Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

OMG The Grudge *Insert creepy 'eeeeeeerh' sound here* SCREAM!! i went and saw it just them, allll by myself whoop whoop, god it was creepy!! Reminded me a lot of the Japanese Ring, mmmm Ring- people should read the book it's bloody good!! O.O

Yeah, grudge was bloody creepy, i was clenching my teeth so i didn't scream or bite my tongue or do something stupid, hehehe and sinking into my seat ^^;;; Go and see it people!!!

Had my first interview last monday, at the ANU in Canberra, such a long drive >.< i think i did ok... they thought my portfolio was impressive and one guy just kept saing "go to Japan, japan japan JAPAN" somehow, i got the message XD

I just saw the Japanese version of The Grudge, and it was very good in a confusing kind of way. And a bit spooky, but not as spooky as I thought it would be. I haven't seen the American version, but my friends have and they said that it made a bit more sense.

O.O I never gotten the chance to see the Grudge yet! I wanna see it in theatres if anything. I never experienced seeing a scary movie itn he theatres, so I wanna try it! XD

^^ :glomp: well, i really want to go to Japan- it's one of my goals in life^^ but i don't think you HAVE to go Japan!! You can make a manga in what ever country you live in i think ^^ *pats your head* but it would probably be good experience to go to Japan :D

OMG really!? how ikk! but, my cousin went over there for a week or so and thought it wa really beautiful and clean ^^ but that Tokyo was very busy ^^ i'm deffinately going to learn the language properly before i go tho :D

My sister went to see it with her boyfriend, she said it was completly terrifing but that when you got out you just wondered, what was the story? She says theres lots of fright but no plot :P

yeah, they could have explained the deaths and the curse thing a bit better, the story isn't linear, it jumps from preent to past and back to the present so i guess it can be sorta hard to follow, and you're left wondering about why the dead woman and boy act as they do.... but every minute of it is so scarey :nod: so it was pretty good ^^ i think it's based on a book so the book may explain it more :)
